Feature Overview: Reputation Reports

Whenever a user goes through a verification process, Token of Trust generates a Reputation Report for that user explaining what was captured (Name, Address, ID, Selfie, etc), what was verified, and how that led to the approval decision outcome.

You can see Reputation Reports for your users by logging into your Token of Trust HQ, and clicking the "Verification" menu option on the left of the Home screen.

Reputation Reports help you troubleshoot users who have stalled or failed the verification process. They also provide an audit trail that allows you to prove that you ran verification associated with certain users or transactions.

Reputation Reports do not share any private user information, only the categories of information collected and the verification status of that information.
