Can I filter which products trigger verification at checkout?

Yes, verification can be triggered by certain products, or roles depending on the platform you are using.

Shopify

Vendors can tag items in shopify so that we do not run verification if the order does not require it.  By default, Token of Trust will assume all items will require verification.  You can indicate the item does not require verification by adding a tag.  If all items in a users cart have a tag indicating verification is not required Token of Trust will not run verification during the checkout process.  

Items that do not require verification will need to be tagged with ‘tot-no-verification’ in Shopify.

Orders that do not require verification will have a ‘tot-not-required’ tag In the orders tab in Shopify.

Implementation Notes:
