How do I cancel my Token of Trust Account?
If you need to cancel your Token of Trust account you can do so by logging into HQ with your connected email address here:
https://app.tokenoftrust.com/hq/org/settings
At the bottom of the Org Settings page:
- Click Edit
- Under Account Management click "Manage your Account"
- Click Deactivate Account on the next screen
Because we are often a mandatory or mission critical service our support team cannot deactivate your account from a single communication via email or voice. We ask for confirmation from the account owner before we will deactivate your account.
This is why we recommend deactivating your account directly by logging into HQ.
When you deactivate your account your services will remain active through the last day of the current billing cycle before being turned off.
