Is my personal data safe?

Token of Trust takes the privacy and security of your information very seriously.

Every verification starts by informing you who will have access to the information you provide by completing the verification process. By default we DO NOT share your information with the merchants or service providers who directed you to get verified. If your information is being shared you will be informed BEFORE you share your ID or other PII, and individuals who have access to your PII will have undergone a background check.

Everyone at Token of Trust, whether they have access to your PII or not has gone through a background check.

After Verification

The data supplied to Token of Trust is uniquely encrypted and stored in the cloud using data storage standards that exceed those used by the banking industry.

We adhere to the shortest data retention policies possible and destroy your PII information as soon as possible after completing a verification.
