Who has access to my data?

Token of Trust Verification Specialist will have access to your documents during the review process. In most cases the merchant or service provider who directed you to get verified WILL NOT have access to information or images used in the verification process.

If the merchant or service provider does have access to your information, you will be informed at the beginning of the verification process. Any individuals at the merchant or service provider company who can access your information during review will have passed a background check initiated by Token of Trust.

Token of Trust is compliant with the most stringent international data privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA so they only share information with those that have legal basis to touch it and never share your personal information without your express permission.
