How do I update my product metadata?

Keeping your product metadata up to date is a critical part of Token of Trust's Excise Tax Reporting, PACT Act Reporting and Excise Tax Collection products. In order to generate accurate information for you you must provide accurate product metadata to us.

There are three ways to keep your product metadata up to date

Product Sync

If you are using WordPress/WooCommerce or BigCommerce you can take sync your products automatically using Product Sync!

HQ

Products can be added directly in HQ here: https://app.tokenoftrust.com/hq/excise-tax/products

Spreadsheets

You can update us with mass changes or additions to your product metadata by making a copy of this sheet, filling it out completely, and emailing it to reporting@tokenoftrust.com.
